April 30^th. 2015, in witness of Shanghai Municipal Development & Reform Commission, Shanghai Municipal Construction & Project Management Commission, Shanghai Key Project Construction Office, Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau, the Department of Publicity of CPC Shanghai, Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture, Radio, Film and TV, and the Office of Post-Expo Leading Group, the WEM, as the construction unit of the project, signed a Job Responsibilities Pledge with six companies involved in the construction including Shanghai World Expo Construction Development Company, Shanghai Construction No.4 Company, the East China Architectural Design and Research Institute, Shanghai Jian Ke Engineering Consultancy Co., Ltd, SICC Project Cost Consultancy, and Shanghai International Tendering Co., Ltd.
